We use state-of-the-art laser engraving machines, as well as, those that employ diamond drag or rotary engraving. ABOUT OUR BARREL HEADS
Our Vintage Barrel Head line starts with hand selecting an actual bourbon barrel head. It is then sealed by hand to preserve the wood, color, character and charred backside. Now, the barrel head is ready to be laser engraved with the detail of your request. This laser engraving process will produce an image that is clear and finely detailed. As you can tell, each barrel head is unique and original. You can be proud of this beautiful and unique piece of Kentucky bourbon history for your personal or corporate use.
